Very rare item that when in inventory, it will increase the total debens when harvest herbs. The formula is:

2x(Base Herb Amount + Instances of "Sage Advise" Naturalist ability)

So you can harvest between 2 and 18 debens per herb.

-A Golden Sickle gives you a x2 amount of db of herbs foraged. That is you forage 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14db, where the Silver Sickle just adds +3db
