Some basic information about the new 'Flash' mechanic and its effects that I've heard others talk about:

The glow condition indicates that, in a location with two specific ecological factors, a player is able to reproduce seeds of one of these vegetables:

Peppers, Eggplants, Cucumbers, Watermelon.

The seeds are initially found in wild plants, which spawn in a manner similar to herbs -- Peacefulness (discord message)

The other kinds of seeds (basic, acquired from a University) are Carrots, Cabbages, Leeks, Garlic, and Onions.

Their reproduction spots require ONE ecological factor, and do NOT require any kind of glow. Upon finding the correct conditions, any player should be able to reproduce them at any time. -- Peacefulness (discord message)
