Amigos
Amigos is a Mentorship / Community projects guild where vets help new and returning players through the Tale. New players are especially welcome.
Guild was created in T5 and had only 3 members, through the Tales we expanded and in T9 over 300 Tale players joined us.
We will keep location near the CS as it helps with guild organized events (digs, gravel parties, cement stir or impromptu acro with beer/wine drinking ;))
Exact location of the Guildhall in T10 is in Upper Egypt, west of Koptos (610, -1710). I know many members will want to build near the Guild Hall however I encourage populating wider area and surrounding regions to fully utilize farms, apiaries etc. Camps locations are on first come/build basis, please keep minimum 100 coordinates between camps.
There is a lot of unknown about Tale 10 and Houses as Malard wants to keep under wraps all details so this page will be updated often :)
Amigos is a public community project available for everyone to use. Donations are always welcome but please also don't expect same group of members to work on everything, we don't want people to burn out.
Our goals in Tale 10:
- provide advanced devices in guild buildings (don't expect flimsy brick moulds) to make your life easier :)
- help with info and "how to"
- help with major Storyline tasks
- help with Hyksos House challenges and tasks
- create mining/smelting area for Iron/Copper/Tin. We need to find veins of all metals nearby after dowsing is researched.
- work on major Test and projects which require a lot of cooperation: Megalopolis, Aqueduct, Pyramids, Sphinx, Raeli Ovens and the Throne of Pharaoh, I want everyone who is interested to pass.
- help with regular Tests and voting
- help to advance research in Egypt
I really want everyone to be involved, Tale 10 is set for only 1 year. There will always be something to do for yourself, people in the guild, Hyksos House and Research we will all benefit. I will guarantee you won't be bored.
Next Guild Project
Major Project: Megalopolis
Megalopolis is one of the most complex and time consuming projects. Parts you see below allow pass of 49 people. This Megalopolis will be only for main avatars unless we have space. Amounts posted below are are approximate and are based on the 7 Mega we build at Amigos in last 5 Tales. Storage for the mats is in labeled warehouses at 660, -1735.

There is a lot of materials on the donation table above, please look through the numbers and pledge/donate approx 1/50 of them so workload is spread between everyone participating. One of the hardest materials will be Gravel. To get that amount we have Gravel parties 2-3h almost every weekend - I will be paying attention who is at the parties, everyone who wont be able to participate because of time zone or work will have to bring 500 Gravel and trade it to me to secure spot on this Megalopolis. I will create list of participants in the Mega once we are past half of the mats. I also have all Cuttables that needs to be cut, please let me know if Cuttables in the wh by Red cp are cut and I will add more.
That is also a lot of paint so if your recipe for above colors is cheap post it below - I can teach everyone how to use macro Automato paint mix which makes paint without any clicking.

Amigos Mining Complex
Mining Complex at 480, -2035 S/W of Koptos CS. We build 8 Iron, 5 Copper and 2 Tin Amigos mines open to public use.. I addition Blue cp with 10 Blast Furnaces, and older compression and bulet furnaces. Red cp with 6 charcoal devices, clinker vat and firepits.

Amigos Public Wood Treatment Tank at Amigos Purple cp 624, -1701
- Rigid, Hard, Termite-Resistant, Non-Toxic, Black boards - Water Trough upgrade for Ranch: Charcoal 130 sec, Sulphur 30 Sec, Saltpeter 15 sec, Lead 30 sec - thats 13 charcoal, 3 sulphur, 2 salpeter and 3 lead.
- Rigid Rotproof Black treated boards - Compost Mixer: Lead 120 seconds, Charcoal 30 seconds, Lime 30 seconds, Beeswax 55 seconds - uses 12 lead, 3 charcoal, 3 lime, 6 beeswax. (Note: would probably work with Lead 100 sec, Charcoal 20 sec)
