What gene does it hit?

If you're looking to design a vine, I can remove one gene in the range listed and replace it with a G, O, R, or Y.
Up to fourteen single genes in a vine can now be reliably exchanged. I have not worked extensively with other plants, but understand just enough to be dangerous!
Practical (simplified) example:
- In a greenhouse, put Plant A (10 genes, ABCDE FGHJK) in the Left Splint
- Put Vine B (5 genes, KLMNO) in the Right Splint
- Apply the mutagen: Mottled Smelly Striped
- In one minute, you can take out two new plants
- Child#1 will be ABCDE FGHMK
- Child#2 will be KLJNO
