To qualify as a potential architect, you must prove you are capable by building and expanding your own compound, one of the most basic Architecture tasks.
To begin, visit a School or University of Architecture, and use the 'Tests' Menu.
Test Description
To prove you are worthy of initiation into the discipline of Architecture, you must start off with one of the most basic of buildings in Egypt - the compound. To pass the initiation, you must construct a compound, and then expand it to at least 16 sectors. While you must be the one to have built it, you do not necessarily have to be the one to upgrade it.

Build a compound, and expand it to at least 16 sectors. You must build the compound, and complete the 16th or great expansion.
