- 1st Degree (level 1) - Obtained from a School of Thought to build a Small Construction Site
- 2nd Degree (level 7) - Obtained from a School of Thought to build a Medium Construction Site
- 3rd Degree (level 14) - Obtained from a School of Architecture to build a Plinth Construction Site once you've started the Throne of Pharaoh test.

Use
Allows the player to build Construction Sites which require large amounts of resources to be placed inside it before it is completed.
