Papyrus can be dried on a Drying Rack or a Flax Hammock to produce Dried Papyrus.
Drying Papyrus on a Flax Hammock takes approximately 5 minutes (of a full load of 20). Drying Papyrus on a Drying Rack takes approximately 23 minutes for a full load of 20 papyrus.
If Fertile Papyrus is dried at high altitude, Papyrus Seeds (hf) will also be produced in the drying process. More accurately, the seeds can be produced at any location, but will be produced more consistently, and in greater quantities, at higher elevations. At sea level, the odds of getting seeds is very small.
Sterile Papyrus does not produce any seeds.
