Tow consists of coarse fibers produced from Flax processing. It is primarily used to spin into Twine (and then into Canvas or Rope).

Made on a Flax Comb or a Hackling Rake.
Cost
Made by raking Rotten Flax. Tow is the second byproduct (along with Lint and Straw).
Uses
- Used for Compound expansion.
- Spun in a Small Distaff or Large Distaff, produces 3 Twine per 1 tow.
