Miner give a character a set of Statistic increases and extra abilities that are helpful to an Miner which are paid for by Talent Points.

Has a 1 to 2 hour reuse timer, displayed in the mine window.

The amount of ore (or silver) gained is based on the type of ore.

Note: Can be used on a mine that isn't being worked (no stones)
