This building becomes available after you have learned the Banner Construction tech from your Guild Hall. You must also be at least an Associate in your respective Faction.

Use

• When you stand near it, it will give a +1 boost to one stat (which varies from banner to banner). If you stay near the banner, the boost continues, if you move away the boost wears off after 1 minute.
