Allows building of a Ferry Boat to cross small (~8 coords max?) bodies of water. Also allows building of Small Sailboats and Master Schooners.

NOTE: Requires a tuition of 4 Tar to learn.

NOTE: The Ferry Boat can be disassembled and re-assembled but this DOES NOT give any extra XP.

NOTE 2: Constructing a ferry boat does not give XP. Making the sail gives the XP. As disassembling gives the mats back, it's too easy to game the xp.
