The person that requests a list is the one who must fill the requirements.
Decorations requirements: gems, cuttable gems, pearls, beads (gems, pearls, cuttable gems, bones), marble, alloy, metal & alloy, bars & wire, 121 raeli tiles, resins, linen, silk (raw and cloth), paint, cut stones, slate, wood, canvas, fine glass rods, tar, 140 treated boards (different types).
Recommended to not ask for no more than 2-7-item lists and 2-8-item lists in one "session." Then wait for 26–27 hours before doing another request. Lists will get harder and longer if requests are more often. A player's fifth decoration in a 24-hour period can contain specific cuts of specific gems.
