A Metal Scythe is a tool used for gathering grass along with a Papyrus Basket. The quality of the scythe is determined by the quality of the Scythe Blade used in its construction. It is likely that better quality scythes improve the amount of grass gathered at once.
The metal scythe is an upgrade from the slate or glass scythes.
