Allows building of a Ferry Boat to cross small (~8 coords max?) bodies of water.

NOTE: Requires a tuition of 4 Tar to learn.

Notes :

Fishing a Ship Debris will make you gain knowledge of Shipwright 3.
Submitting a Ship Debris to a University of Body for identification that turn out to be a piece of Isis' Bounty will make you gain knowledge of Shipwright 4.
Building a Master Scooner will make you gain knowledge of Shipwright 5 and 6.

NOTE: The Ferry Boat can be disassembled and re-assembled but this DOES NOT give any extra XP.

NOTE 2: Constructing a ferry boat does not give XP. Making the sail gives the XP. As disassembling gives the mats back, it's too easy to game the xp.

Allows the creation and operation of Sailboats.
