Made in a Crafting Bench from 2 Canvas, 10 Twine and 1 Sharpened Stick.
Use
While standing near a source of water with bags in inventory, you get the "fill jug with water" action icon. Using that icon will turn your Canvas Bags into Canvas Bags of Water.
While carrying Canvas Bags of Water there is an option in your "Skills.." menu "Empty Water Containers.." to empty the water.
