Overview

The Chancery is used to enable faction chat in regions that are neutral or that are later taken by an opposing faction.

This building becomes available after the Diplomacy technology is learned at a Great Hall.

Built in a Medium Construction Site by a player with a faction rank of Member or higher.

Use

The Chancery enables faction chat for the region it is built in regardless of faction control.
You can see your Progress toward Faction promotion at a Chancery.
