Greetings, and welcome to my humble home page. I'm Nekojin, and I'll be your host.

I've played Tale a number of times over the years, including Tales 2, 3, 4, and 7. I'm mostly interested in Tests for the Disciplines of Art & Music and Natural Philosophy, with a few exceptions like Tests of Vigil and Singing Cicada.

I run a few specialized Guilds. The first is Vigilant Visions, a guild dedicated to The Test of Vigils (even though it's not much of a Test this time around). Vigilant Visions has been present in Tales 2, 3, and 7, and held the record for the longest Vigil during Tale 2, at 27 hours long. We are interested in holding fairly regular Vigils for the betterment of Egypt, as Vigils now give us temporary benefits to vegetable growth, stats, and other things. Ideally, we want to keep the veggie growth boost as a constant thing, or at least on weekends.

The second guild I run is Fire On High, a guild dedicated to the Test of Pyrotechnics (AKA Pyro). While Pyrotechnics is a singular, solitary, and competitive Test, there are still ample ways for Egyptians to work together to enrich everyone who is intending to compete in this Test - not least of which are Star Parties, where small groups of us get together and determine what Stars will be turned back into the University. This is important, because the Stars determine what colors of fireworks we can create... and what it takes to make them. We'll be looking to make some bright, vibrant, and inexpensive Star recipes.

In addition to the Star Parties, we'll also be attempting to coordinate to have more frequent Pyro contests. Historically, it has been difficult to get enough contests up for more than a handful of people to pass Pyro during a Tale. We aim to remedy that, to whatever extent we can manage, by sending people out to the various Stadiums and filling the competition slots when needed.
