- Level One - Obtained from a School of Thought to build a Medium Construction Site and ability to build Offering Vault
- Level Two - Obtained from a School of Thought to build a Monument Construction Site and Plinth Construction Site

Use
Allows the player to build Construction Sites which require large amounts of resources to be placed inside it before it is completed.
