Allows you to maintain a Compound that does not have a cornerstone installed. Levels are learnt in any order from each of the schools.

Level 0	20 Oil	Reduced cost of maintenance by 10%
Level 1	4 Thermometer 100 Sheet Glass	Reduced cost of maintenance by 20%
Level 2	300 Linen 300 Canvas	Reduced cost of maintenance by 30%
Level 3	2 Iron Large Gears 80 Leather	Reduced cost of maintenance by 40%
Level 4	50 Beeswax 50 Oil 300 Bricks	Reduced cost of maintenance by 45%
Level 5	4 Mud Granite 4 Rose Alabaster	Reduced cost of maintenance by 50%
