This building becomes available when you learn the Obelisk Construction 2 tech. You must also have started the Test of the Obelisk.
Time Required To Hold Power
Once built your obelisk must be the tallest in the Egypt for 2.5 DUCK days (real life days + lag factor) without anyone building a larger one in order to pass the test.
